LG to Offer Free Service and Discount on Spare Parts in Pakistan

LG Electronics (LG) has launched a unique customer-friendly service program in Pakistan to provide technical assistance across LG products to its customers.
The service will be routed through LG’s extensive network of 62 authorized service centers across Pakistan with 15 more to be joining the network soon.
As per program, LG Electronics will provide free service to LG products (Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens and Flat Panel Display) which will include both Out of Warranty and In Warranty LG products.

LG Announces the G Pad 8.3 Tablet

As the announcement of the second iteration of iPad Mini draws near, the tablet-makers have all started to throw their best efforts into the competition. The LG G Pad 8.3 is the latest effort from LG and borrows some design knowledge from the company’s latest G2 flagship.
The tablet offers an 8.3 inch display upfront, with a superb resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels meaning pixel density of 273ppi. The G Pad 8.3 is just 8.33mm thick and 338g heavy (what coincidence!).

LG Announces the Optimus L9 II

LG has announced a new Android upper-midrange smartphone in the Optimus series. The Optimus L9 II has a 4.7 inch HD display and a dual-core processor under the hood.
At the back, it has an 8 megapixel camera with Full HD video. For connectivity, it uses Bluetooth 3.0, microUSB 2.0, NFC, IR Blaster, Wi-Fi and 3G.
On the software side, it runs on customized Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Here are the full specs:

LG outs the World's First Quad HD Display for Smartphones

Smartphone displays have taken pretty revolutionary strides in the last 3 years since the iPhone 4 came along with its amazing Retina display and this battle is far from over.
LG, already renowned for developing and incorporating groundbreaking technology in their products, including the first even dual-core phone and flexible displays has got another jewel in its crown.
The company has shown off the first ever “Quad HD” LCD display panel for smartphones. The panel comes with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, meaning a pixel density of 538ppi and 430 nits of brightness. That’s four times the number of pixels in a 720p HD display, hence this name. It’s also just 1.21mm thick.

LG Announces the Ultra-Cheap Optimus L1 II Smartphone

Even after announcing its next flagship the LG G2, it’s clear that LG hasn’t forgotten about users who can’t buy coveted gadgets after all. Here’s another super-cheap and pocketable phone from them, the Optimus L1 II.
The phone comes with a 3 inch touchscreen and has a 1Ghz processor, coupled with 512 MB RAM.

LG's Next Flagship, the G2 Goes Official

After teasing its next big phone for quite some time, LG has finally taken the covers off its latest and greatest smartphone. The new flagship, simply called the G2 (nothing Optimus here) has a 5.2 inch display and SnapDragon 800 processor.
