Pak, China Initiated $44m Fiber Optic Project


Pakistan has signed the agreement with China to initiate the fiber optic project which will cost the amount of $44m, according to the telecom experts this project will be greatly help in terms of security and revenue collection, according to the news source Huawei Chinese Telecom Company.

Between the two countries fiber optic will be lay down very soon and in the time Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif visited the China and hand over the responsibility of this task to Huawei.
This project has been divided into phases according to the requirements and will be implemented section wise, this optic fiber will be laid the cities of Rawalpindi to Khunjarab and distance counts between two cities is 820 KM.
This project will cost the $44 million and will complete within the time frame of two years, after the completion of this project Pakistan will attain the enormous benefits, because recently Pakistan is internationally connected via SEA-ME-WE 3&4 and IMEWE.
According to the experts this is totally dependable source, risk is involved and voice/data and internet traffic can be watched and troubled easily.
After the successful completion of the project will give the direct access to China and Central Asian States and open the door of economic development.
